Why does a login box come up when I try to play the game, and what password is needed?

You need to supply your USQConnect username and password to the login box. This can be found on your enrolment record. You need to supply this so that we can keep track of your score. A guest version may be released at a later date for people without USQConnect accounts.

My browser freezes when playing the game, what do I do?

Try using Internet Explorer, but unfortunately this problem happens on low-end computers, and thus, there is nothing you can do besides upgrade your computer.

My character goes swimming through grass and bricks in the quad! What do I do?

Don't fret, the game will always do this, it is simply a modelling error that would have taken way too long to fix.

I get a message about installing a Flux browser, what is it and why do I need to install it?

Flux browser is a plugin that enablesthe 3d to be drawn in your browser, much like the Flash plugin (but 3d). You need to install it for this game because it is a fully 3d environment in your browser, therefore requiring a viewer, such as Flux.

I can move my character around and collect things, however when I run over items and ENTER signs, they do nothing, why?

This happens when your browser freezes, see the explaination of the question above (here).
